Under the sea cake and cake pops workshop (Group of 5 people - $230 per person)

This workshop would suit individuals with a basic piping knowledge or anyone who has previously attending a cupcake workshop.
This workshop will focus on assembling the cake from start to finish, creating even layers, crumb coating/dirty icing and then re creating the under the sea cake pictured.
You will be working with fondant and fondant moulds to recreate the mermaid tails as well as using three different piping tips to create the texture on the cake.
With your cake offcuts, you will be shown how to create cake pops.
Everything that you require for the workshop will be supplied. You will take home a goodie bag with all the basic tools that you use on the day.
Due to Covid-19, workshops will be held at a spacious home kitchen in Gordon with small group numbers. On Arrival, everyone will be required to write down their name and contact numbers for Covid-19 tracing if required.
*Due to Covid-19 group bookings of people who know each other are preferred and will be given first preference over individual bookings.
**All workshops are non refundable if you change your mind or do not show up for the workshop session. If the workshop needs to be cancelled due to Covid-19 laws/restrictions, a full refund minus a $20 admin fee per person will be issued.
